Sales Roles at Reform

We regularly hire for two key roles in our growing sales team:

• Business Development Managers focus on winning new business.

• Account Managers focus on retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.

Experienced Retail Managers and Retail Assistants who are looking to take their career to the next level in a home-based sales environment are best suited to these roles.

You’ll be a great fit if you’re a high-spirited individual who is driven to succeed, prioritises customer needs, and is passionate about exploring and cultivating meaningful business relationships with schools, corporate and sporting organisations.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with your customers and maintain a strong connection through regular interaction and engagement to win new business or drive repeat orders

• Identify market trends and share customer feedback with the wider team to improve our offering

Your day-to-day will look like

• Identifying decision makers and building rapport via a high volume of calls and emails

• Running online demos to showcase our design and ordering platform

• Organising design concepts and product samples

• Guiding customers through the sales and design process, whilst demonstrating our points of difference

• Helping customers set up and submit their orders, ensuring the sale reaches the projected amount

• Overseeing a smooth transition to our Customer Service team

What you'll need to succeed

• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build outstanding relationships

• High responsiveness and exceptional communication skills (both internally and externally), with an attention to detail and quality

• Excellent listening skills with the ability to identify pain points, think on your feet and strategically implement solutions

Here’s what we offer

• $75–90k base (depending on experience) + $20k OTE commissions + super
