Sales Roles at Reform
We regularly hire for two key roles in our growing sales team:
Business Development Managers focus on winning new business.
Account Managers focus on retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
Experienced Retail Managers and Retail Assistants who are looking to take their career to the next level in a home-based sales environment are best suited to these roles.
You’ll be a great fit if you’re a high-spirited individual who is driven to succeed, prioritises customer needs, and is passionate about exploring and cultivating meaningful business relationships with schools, corporate and sporting organisations.
Responsibilities
Own the relationship with your customers and maintain a strong connection through regular interaction and engagement to win new business or drive repeat orders
Identify market trends and share customer feedback with the wider team to improve our offering
Your day-to-day will look like
Identifying decision makers and building rapport via a high volume of calls and emails
Running online demos to showcase our design and ordering platform
Organising design concepts and product samples
Guiding customers through the sales and design process, whilst demonstrating our points of difference
Helping customers set up and submit their orders, ensuring the sale reaches the projected amount
Overseeing a smooth transition to our Customer Service team
What you'll need to succeed
Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build outstanding relationships
High responsiveness and exceptional communication skills (both internally and externally), with an attention to detail and quality
Excellent listening skills with the ability to identify pain points, think on your feet and strategically implement solutions
Here’s what we offer
$75–90k base (depending on experience) + $20k OTE commissions + super
Flexible working options — work from home most days
